Street Kids are un-nurtured humans robbed of the tools and chance to succeed in their lives. They are un-nurtured for many reasons. Poverty is the leading cause of these reasons. Families that work so hard have no time to nurture or no peace from stress to nurture. Families that have lost members due to gang violence, shootings, addictions, and left young ones to care for themselves. Many young ones seeing and feeling gun violence, and never grieving, or being hugged, or counseled to heal. No time for human needs must keep moving on.
Social breakdown is a product of our society, not a product of the natural human condition. Street Kids are not born damaged, or born evil. They are born and raised with a lack of positive nurturing, due to social imbalance. Society and its financial imbalance, has robbed many of the ability to gain personal success and peace.
Positive, Loving Nurturing is a birthright for all Human Beings.
Positive Nurturing creates self-confidence, and balance in human growth. Creating, and promoting a path to success.
Positive Nurtured Human Beings thrive in their lives.
1.9 million kids in the U.S. are known as invisible people. This group is the young adults tossed out of the foster care system at 18, and left to wander and try and figure out what next. Why? Because most foster care doesn’t really prepare the child for the next phase of life.
These young adults have suffered the indifference of requiring a family as a child, and now tossed out alone again, due to age. They are not released into the world with the tools for a chance. They are called invisible due to their need to live in the shadows to preserve their independence from family court mistrust, foster care situations, family dysfunction, and or added abuse. These young adults will fight with a handicap for a chance to live a successful life, for decades, even generations. Dysfunction unhealed affects generations.
Chance is robbed in so many ways.
Inadequate pay robs chance. Many have to work more than one job for longer hours to receive less in return. Living paycheck to paycheck makes financial security impossible for individuals and families. The average pay wage is out of control, and unsustainable for too many. Causing an imbalance in the ability to live, therefore creating homelessness and despair.
Financial imbalance causing poverty causing class struggle, racism causing class struggle creates dysfunction within families. Imbalance and dysfunction can lead to mental illnesses, imprisonment, homelessness, adult & child suicide, gangs, young adult deaths by guns, and addiction issues.
Social poverty comes in many forms and creates imbalance in human nature.
Street Kids United wants to work for change, creating a chance for all. A chance to connect and gain balance within our human race.
Connect by investing. Connect by joining the community. Connect by developing a dream. Connect by assisting peace. Connect by walking in Love. Connect by accepting all of us as one. Connect and multiply chance, community and love for a one race, Human Race.
After years of analogizing, surviving, caring, and sharing with those like me, I began to realize the root cause of human dysfunction is poverty created by social imbalance.
Poverty caused by finical imbalance is the common denominator creating dysfunction within human existence. Lets fix it together.
