New Orleans is an amazing city. It is the home of amazing people with amazing talent and many are wonderful kids that would love to be a part of this vision of prosperity for all. And the government doesn’t have to spend a dime and will gain a huge tax sources. Somethings for everyone. And when you feed the peoples souls, you omit the potential for crime.
The concept of sku is to receive donations, build, work, experience and succeed. A merit-based concept. Be willing to work hard, learn, gain experience and grow into your own gig. All Street Kids United Cooperative Interiors media centers will use the same footprint/floor plan while using the unique heartbeat of each city as their signature motif/style.
Street Kids United New Orleans has its eye out for an old theater in the center of this famous city. The building takes up all 4 corners of the block, north, south east and west. The building has been empty for a while, but recently a few pop concerts have been presented there. So deep cleaning, vintage ornaments reserved, eclectic decor, and spruced exteriors. It has 8 to 10 storefronts to make back to prosperous businesses, a few restaurants, commercials business, and maybe healthy fast-food restaurants. We will use our construction company which will be a part of our SKU inc. We will train new construction workers and have the use of experienced tradesman to insure a safe working environment, following all O.S.H.A. Laws and guaranteeing quality craftsmanship . Our employees will get a 2025 plus pay. All profits from all businesses will be held in a prosperity bank, to create 3 sections of use. I. Grants and stipends that will be capital for graduating employees to open their own small business, entrepreneurship’s, or go on to collage and become something they have dreamed to be such as a doctor or lawyer etc. Once they gain the understanding that they can do or be anything they want because they are valuable people too, success will be theirs. Capital is the draw back from being successful, not choice. This building can draw funds from quite a few different venues. With the hiring need of least 1000 trained employees, [a very conservative number] multiplied by profits earned business futures. A few thousand will be lifted out of the ghettos, on a revolving basis. Lower and middle-income communities of New Orleans will be future success stories and eventually we will franchise out into all inner cities, in all human colors. 1. It has a perfect location. It has the ability to multiply, 1000 times over for any investor that will be investing into communities in return for tax exemptions.
2. It has the space to create a great atrium with a stage for our Jazz Cafe. Jazz is the heartbeat of New Orleans.
3. There is a great outdoor space for an herb, spice & veggie garden to grow our own products.

Our New Orleans neighbors & their visions.
Street Kids United is looking for a food truck to work with the neighborhood food bank to get a hot meal daily to the homeless that dwell in our tent city. We have people actually from a tent city that would be honored for the chance to cook and maintain a food truck that would feed their tent city neighbors until they can get back to a better life or there is a solution found for their living needs.
2. A local street musician also loves to do car detailing. What he can do with a bucket of water is incredible, but if he had just a few tools, he could do a professional job, charge a fair fee, and be able to service more cars. This would change his family’s life for the better. His company will be Detailing by All That Jazz.
3. A gentleman that would love a space to open a training gym to teach the youth self-discipline and boxing. They can have a place to go after school, weekends, holiday’s and summer while gaining a new direction for their lives.
4. An amazing single mom with 4 beautiful children doses hair for someone else. If she had a small space, a few hair tools, and the licensing, she would be able to successfully change the lives of her children and herself .
5. There is a mechanic too. He has the trust, knowledge, and experience to actually fix your car. With space and some commercial tools, he would do so well. His uncle is good too, they are a team, they can partner the business and create a stronger life for 2 families.
Let’s help the people in our communities work their way out of poverty and into a balanced happy successful life, this will lead to less dysfunctional families, less homeless, less child abuse and less crime.
