The dream and purpose of Street Kids United – Humanities Inc.
Street Kids United – Humanities Inc. has been a dream belonging to Lisa Daly the president of SKU, and herself a street kid. Her story is complex, sensitive, and refreshing, but mostly created her life purpose to fight to make sure no children suffer from dysfunctional social imbalance causing their world to be painful, lonely, and lesser then any other. She also feels it is important for people who have survived, and thrived to be the healing rather then ones who went to school to fix something they could never truly understand. A joining of the two understandings would benefit in creating a balance within a world that has been sadly overlooked. Not being ungrateful just real. Join us.

This is a testimony of being nurtured by the street , in replacement of being nurtured by blood, family. She knows by experience there are many out there just like her, she has grown up and worked in many inner cities, with many who suffer the traumas of societies imbalance of financial chance, not choice. Within this growth she has been recognizing the culprits that cause generational family dysfunction, generational pain and generational loss. She has lived and survived many aspects of struggle, while at the same time being blessed to be seen, nurtured and loved by the street. The streets, a place where the so called lower class resides. A place that receives only negative assessments.
The truth is the talent, genius, strength, and respect in the street is situation changing, if only given a chance like the rest.
She feels it is time to pay attention to the root of the problem created by social imbalance. The street has been defined with words as laziness, drugs, ignorance, ill behavior, human inferiority, unworthiness and many more demeaning words. But in reality, the street is where the tools needed to gain financial freedom, are sparse if any. The tools are being used up by the classes above them, above, the upper class word used. When the top takes more than they humanly deserve or need and also encourage the middle to level up, they are leaving nothing for everyone else, trickle down economics dose not trickle down, it floods up. It is time for trickle down economics to work as it has claimed it should for too long, only now flood down, not trickle. Its time. This is not a political statement its one of math.
We are working on producing films that shares concepts that Math resides in the logic of the process. It’s the beginning place of interest, Our Human Race, and how it places within our society. Revealing a solution that disarms negative social behaviors. You might say the process of reacquainting everyone with the functioning of their conscience. Materialism is replacing humanity and disengaging the human conscience by buying or paying for truth within the process of living. The problem is, this process leaves to many behind. The American dream has become an advertisement for materialism, which only some can afford.
We want street kids, inner city kids, island kids, all children young and older, who struggle with being alive and live the pain when the math of humanity is not working right for them. Street Kids United wants to give them a stage to shine while sharing their art, their dreams, while shouting out loud what hurts, what gives them pain, makes them angry and what makes them hopeless, most of all we want to work with them to let them know what it feels like to be seen and heard. We want to help them see the beauty that the guns are dousing and robbing from the balance of their future. We want comfort, council and teach how to heal those that already know pain and isolation from gut retching experiences. We want to change the language that is used when speaking of the street, realizing that the street is made by social imbalance, not made by the lazy, by drug addicts, by the generational dysfunctional, the lesser human, the traumatized or the evil. The street is created by who cannot survive the financial imbalance of the rich getting rich and the poor getting poorer. A fact of human math.
Street Kids United- Humanities Inc. started decades ago but found that many people were not interested in helping the street or believed there wasn’t a real problem. In some ways there is a sense of understanding, because children left to the street become the invisible population due to the fact when they are found the outcome can be just as bad as being thrown away. The last figure had was 1.9 million young adults age out of the foster-care system and end up homeless because foster parents cant receive funds to help raise these children to the next level of their growth. And these are just the young adults within the foster-care system, there are many children as young as six that survive in the streets of most of our inner cities. When Street Kids United realized that the street was at such a disadvantage they spent the time working within many inner cities hands on to try and understand the many problems that create these issues and finding solutions that work to change this sad reality, while waiting for a the proper time to take Street Kids United – Humanities Incorporated public. A proper time being a time when our society realizes that the street is made by financial imbalance and the thought that children are born with the desire to be homeless, drug addicts and or failures of the system. Our street kid program works within the heart beat of the system, work hard and become successful. We just understand the disadvantage to not being nurtured properly and being either raised within very stressful homes fighting to make ends met or loses their love ones to violence cased by the lack of chance allotted within the streets. Within this time we have single handedly helped many children and families create better lives for themselves and helped neighborhoods see the avenues for raising above just what the streets has to offer. With the political climate what it is today, many are seeing the reality much better then before so here we are going public. We have big plans to help end generational dysfunction and impoverishment of all kinds.
We are creating a casting call for celebrities, billionaries, and all others to adopt their inner city and join us to make the change needed to end social class struggle, inequality, and all forms of poverty. Including the now concept that the tech world is the total of the future, God no matter how you see or feel God you know this amazing worl;d was created for all Gods children, not just some. One Love 4 ever.
Our films will concentrate on what it looks like to live within intellectual freedom. One with balance something like treating others the way you want to be treated, the golden rule. Simple and very successful. We want our films to be visually and audio exciting and thought creating. People will walk out of the theater excited to take on the golden rule, excited to receive the outcome. A visual blessing or a subliminal request to reunite with humanity. Spiritual and visually exciting documentaries that will be an out let for kids to vent and shine.
Many people walk past the homeless every day and don’t bat an eye or they say something mean, because they believe these people are homeless because they ate too much acid and never came back from a trip, or they are alcoholic’s because their dad was, or because they were born with a mental illness or became mental ill at some point. So it was their choices that got them there. Wrong, Many if not most are people and families that could not make enough money with 2 or 3 jobs to keep up with the rising rents, food prices, childcare, gas prices and eventually it just ended there, rents went up one time to many and they were thrown out into the streets, homeless.. They work with hope for a time, but so many things have happened to them, their self-esteem has been shattered, their possessions have been minimized, their safety is now a serious business and their chance of gaining a mental illness or a drug addiction has become very real. So where do they go from here?
Lisa was a single mom, without a family, her biggest drive was keeping a roof over my childrens heads, feeding them, living in a safe place so she could work with peace of mind and keep dcf/ family court away from them. When you are fighting to survive a class that has been created by profits rolling downhill with greed pushing profits up hill, it is not because you’re a bad human, it’s more like, being in the wrong place at the wrong time or you missed the invitation to the better class. But in reality the basic math is rich cannot get richer without creating financial imbalance, aka Social poverty.
Our history as a nation has shown we haven’t got it right yet. It’s time we do. Our planet is dying from all the negative energy, our climate is suffering from robbed nutrients and harmful chemicals, our country is forcing us to be their pawns for their power, and worst our children are being raised without humanity, getting killed or worse killing. So it is time to change the language. Time to take a time out and build our human existence up and release the pressure, for the salvation of our planet and its humans. One Love
