Quote by Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
A street kid is anyone that has not been nurtured with positivity. Nurtured from birth to have the confidence to know and fore-fill their chance in life. Everyone deserves to be nurtured in a positive way to encourage dreams and be able to live one’s dreams, so one can gain real balance within their life.

Street Kids United is the dream of a young girl, that spent most of her childhood surviving the streets of Greenwich Village in New York City.
She spent much of her childhood inntuatively coordinating the children out there with her. At a very young age, she realized work/funds was the answer to gain the power to guide your life the way you want and not the way the dysfunction of the streets dictates and social class struggles demand.
At 9, she cleaned Mrs. Deans’s toilets, walked dogs, went on store runs, and fetched papers. By 11, she babysat, cleaned homes, and worked creating tye-dyed tee shirts for the Fur Balloon. Her street mom was Auntie Mame.
She worked with the children out there with her in the street, and together they were able to buy food and avoid panhandling because panhandling is dangerous for children in so many ways.
At 23, she worked as a volunteer ambassador/ mom for street kids in Fort Green, Brooklyn.
After two years, She traveled a bit to work on clearing her history of abuse.
She landed in St. Thomas for a short time away, fell in love with the island locals and island life. She turned in her return ticket and stayed months shy of 20 years. She continued her hard work while sowing seeds for her dream.
Now she unveils Street Kids United – Humanities Inc, her dream to help be an end to poverty and help rescue the dreams shattered by social class struggle. and secure the reality that no children will ever hurt again.
SKU ( stock keeping unit ) Street Kids United – Humanities Inc. is the SKU for prosperity.
A stock-keeping unit for prosperity. How perfect. SKU is a term used when talking about inventory management. Street Kids United wants to inventory chance. The process is much needed and deserved.
Poverty affects the whole human – body, mind, and soul
We will strive to relieve the stress created by poverty, causing dysfunctional family life, which starves the natural nurturing for personal success.
” It takes a village to raise a child “
“It takes a village to raise a child” is a proverb that means: it takes an entire community of different people interacting with the children for children to experience and grow in a safe, positive nurturing environment. Street Kids United wants to inspire our adults to become part of the villages, to work for every child to regain their chance for success in life.
Working together with all those shattered and left behind in our imbalanced society, will regain balance to humanity and energize an end to poverty. Join the Village and lets save the children from poverty and abuse.
